I've been writing for years. Mostly for myself, sometimes for others. I use to leave love notes on the windshield of a girl I thought I loved. In my opinion that was some of my best stuff. I wrote to her almost every day for five years. She wound up tearing them up one day because she was mad at me. It was her loss, really. I can write more, she can never get those torn up letters back.
Now I write for myself or my wife. If you have a topic you'd like me to write about I'll see what I can do. As I tell my children, "All you can do is try your best."
